What time should I arrive? When does the wedding start?
 
Please arrive at 3:30PM EST for welcome drinks and the ceremony will begin shortly after.



​What do I wear?

Where will the event take place?
 
All wedding events (except the official afterparty) will take place within Windrift Hall in Coxsackie NY.  



Is the venue accessible?
 
Windrift Hall is a historic property with some uneven terrain and gravel paths. Please reach out if you have Mobility or Accessibility needs and we’ll be happy to assist.



 How do I get there? Will there be parking available?

Cars are not permitted on the Windrift Hall grounds and shuttles will be provided for all guests.

Shuttles will run between the Hilton Sparks West Coxsackie and Windrift Hall for guests staying in the area. If you’re not staying at the hotel you can park your vehicle at the Hilton Sparks and utilize the shuttles.

​Can I take an Uber/Lyft?

 Rideshares can be unreliable in the area and we recommend using the provided shuttles for smooth arrivals and departures.



Will there be any dietary options during the reception?

There will be gluten free and vegetarian options available during the reception.



Is there an official After Party?

We’d love for you to join us at the late night gathering at Ravish Liquors and Antiques (47 S River St, Coxsackie, NY) beginning at 10:30PM.

There will be karaoke, late night snacks, a cash bar, and plenty of room to keep celebrating.

Shuttles will run from Windrift Hall to the after party and will continue returning guests to Hilton Sparks West Coxsackie throughout the night.

We will be going late, so feel free to stay as long as you’d like!
